November has been pretty much a continuation of October harvest wise, and with CBH wanting more grain taken to sites on the rail line (to save them paying for trucks to move it) they upped the freight rates (discounts) to the farmers and that means that a lot of the people we dealt with over the year are no longer coming to us and are taking it where they get paid to.

The weather has been rather interesting and one week we are starting with coats on and then next we are sweating our butts off!

So with storms hitting us with heavy rain, lightning and thunder today, and only a handful or farmers still coming in, it looks like we will finish this harvest early, clean up the site and be free agents again by mid December at the very latest.
